EWGA TURNS 21 IN VEGAS!


Know what that means?  It's time to get the party started!  Early registration is now open!

EWGA's Golfpalooza is one of our most anticipated events of the year, bringing together women from all across the Association for fun-filled, action-packed days of playing golf, building friendships, networking, forging new business relationships, sharing successes, celebrating accomplishments and learning new skills.  There's a ton of activities packed into the 2012 Golfpalooza agenda, plus à la carte options for guests, bountiful golf opportunities, and Saturday night free to explore the Vegas Strip, take in a show, or simply take in all the sights and sounds with your EWGA friends!

VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH

There is no better way to start 2012 than to recognize NINA FIGUR as our Volunteer of the Month for January. Nina has made countless contributions to our Chapter since joining a few years ago. Early on in her membership, she stepped up by volunteering as the Chapter Social Director and, even after stepping down from that position, has continued to work behind the scenes helping all of us with support, advice, and her tireless efforts. Nina also works behind the scene in helping the social, events, and handicap committees function. It was Nina who organized the wonderful holiday golf event at Deer Creek last week - a special event that all of us in attendance will remember and talk about for years to come! So, a big heart felt thank you to Nina for all she has done and continues to do for all of us. If you'd like to thank Nina personally, please contact her at

HOLE IN ONE CLUB 


Congratulations to Mattie Zuckerman (one of our newest members) who got her first HOLE-IN-ONE on the East Course at Inverrary Country Club, hole # 3 on Nov. 18, 2011. Everyone thought her ball ran off the back. When Mattie went to look for it she couldn't find it and to her surprise, it was in the cup! You may reach Mattie at matzu53@aol.com
