League Information

    Weekly 9-Hole League
    Each week, we gather Tuesday or Thursday for fun play at a local course for 9 holes of play.  We play at 5:00 pm early in the season then 5:30 pm when days get longer.  Please see the calendar for time and location.

    Saturday 18-hole League
     One Saturday a month we play 18 holes at various courses around town.  This is mostly fun play.  We will make a few of our 18 hole days competitive in preparation for the chapter and later championships.

 Out of Town Golf
    We plan to have a few outtings away from Albuquerque.  Suggestions have included an overnight trip to the Inn of the Mountain Gods or a trip up to Cochiti.  We are open to suggestions.

Volunteers Wanted

   Volunteering Opportunities
    There are lots of opportunities to volunteer.  We can use tee hostesses at the 9 and 18 hole league events.  The tee hostess is responsible for greeting the members as they arrive and pairing players together.

    We also need help with committee functions.  We don't have official committees for membership, communications, sponsorship, leadership... but we can use help for all of those areas.  The commitment does not have to be large we just need help with the everyday goings on of our chapter. 

    The best thing to do is attend a board meeting.  They are fun, social and usually quick.  Board meetings will be on the calendar and I will be sending out notices prior to our meetings.
